Background:

In 2002, Dr. Yoon received his MD from New York Medical College. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship in cardiology at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. He also completed the Cardiovascular Imaging and Preventive Cardiology Fellowship at the Yale VA Medical Center in West Haven, CT. Prior to joining the USC Cardiovascular Medicine faculty, Dr. Yoon was a research fellow in Cardiac CT and MRI at the St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, New York. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. At USC, Dr. Yoon will specialize in CT/MR cardiac imaging and echocardiography.
