Background
After earning his BS in Biochemistry-Cell Biology from UCSD in La Jolla, California, Dr. To attended Chicago Medical School in Illinois. Dr. To then completed his internship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio and his residency at the University of Southern California. He will be completing his Fellowship training in Vascular Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Southern California as well.
