Background

Dr. Chang completed his residency and fellowship training at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He returned to Los Angeles and joined the faculty at USC in 2010. In addition to clinical responsibilities within general cardiology and electrophysiology, he is working closely with the cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons at USC and Childrens LA to expand USC’s adult congenital heart disease care program.
