USC Cardiovascular and Thoracic Institute Patient Registry

Study Summary
This study is a comprehensive, prospective, longitudinal registry of clinical data involving all patients obtaining studies through the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Institute (CVTI) at the University of Southern California. This database will allow for close follow-up of clinical outcomes in this patient population.

USC Congenital Heart Disease Registry

Study Summary
The purpose of this registry is to develop a comprehensive, prospective, longitudinal registry of clinical data on patients with congenital heart disease who have entered adulthood, and whose progress is being monitored at the University of Southern California Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. The database will allow for analysis and correlation of clinical information in this patient population.

Interventional Cardiology Repository; Percutaneous Intervention and Acute Myocardial Infarction Registries

The purpose of this registry is to form a research repository that allows for the monitoring of outcomes in patients who undergo interventional cardiology procedures at the LAC-USC Medical Center and USC University Hospital.
