John is Vice President of Latitude R&D, in Boston Scientific's Cardiac Rhythm Management division located in Arden Hills, a suburb in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area of Minnesota. Latitude is a web-based remote patient monitoring system for Boston Scientific's cardiac implantable medical devices and currently has over 110,000 device patients enrolled.

Previously, John was Global Engineering General Manager, Clinical Systems at GE Healthcare IT in Milwaukee WI. John's technical background and product development experience includes ICU patient monitoring, enterprise scale medical telemetry and wireless networking and digital image management systems for radiology and cardiology. John has a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a M.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
